How do I sign up for classes at Studio Fix?

Signing up for classes at Studio Fix is a breeze. Explore our diverse class schedule on our website, choose your preferred class, create your Studio Fix account, select your pricing option, reserve your spot.

What types of classes do you offer?

At Studio Fix, we are excited to offer a wide range of classes across our three beautifully designed studio spaces. Upstairs, we have Lagree Megaformer, Yoga, and Barre from the team behind Paola's Body Barre (PBB at Fix), or come down into our basement where you'll find HIIT, Strength and Boxing.

Is there a minimum age at Studio Fix?


For safety and insurance reasons, our fitness studios are strictly for clients aged 18 and over. We do not permit anyone under 18 to attend classes or use the studio facilities.

Anyone who appears younger will be asked for proof of age.

What should I wear?

Workout-appropriate clothing is essential — please leave jeans, shirts, and ties at the door!


Studios 01 & 02 No shoes allowed. Grip socks are compulsory for all Megaformer and PBB classes to ensure safety and hygiene.


Studio 03 Please wear proper gym or workout trainers. Fashion trainers or unsuitable footwear may increase your risk of injury, and we cannot be held responsible in such cases.
For boxing classes, hand wraps are compulsory. You can bring your own or purchase a pair at reception.

Is Studio Fix wheelchair friendly?

Yes! Studio Fix was specifically designed with wheelchair users in mind - in fact, we designed Boxing as an adaptable class so that your experience is the same as anyone else.

What do I do if I am late, or cannot make the class in time?

Be sure to arrive 10 minutes before the class start time. Any late arrivals will not be permitted access - we will close the studio door as a sign that the class has started and you can no longer enter.

We require 12 hours notice for class cancellations. After this time, your credits are non-refundable.

How long do class packs last?

If you purchase our class packs, please be aware they do have an expiry! 5 Classes last for 3 months, 10 Classes expire after 6 months, and packs of 20 Classes will remain on your account for 9 months. Unfortunately if you don't use your classes in time, we can't make any refunds.

Are your classes pre/post natal friendly?


Yes! Many of our classes are pre- and post-natal friendly. We have several instructors who are specifically trained in working with pregnant and postpartum clients to ensure safe, supportive, and effective workouts. How do I cancel my membership?


You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing our Front of House team. info@studiofix.co.uk Please make sure to send your cancellation request at least 3 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

Studio Etiquette and Guidelines:

At Studio Fix, we prioritise creating a welcoming and respectful environment for all members. We kindly ask that you observe studio etiquette and guidelines during your visits.

Booking and Cancellation Policy:

We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we operate a 12 hour cancellation policy. Outside of this window unfortunately your credits will be lost. Make sure you download and book through our app so you can easily cancel if you can no longer make your class.

Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. Studio Fix maintains stringent cleanliness and safety protocols with our fantastic housekpeeing team. We clean and sanitise our facilities regularly, provide antibacterial wipes, and have implemented measures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
