Elisa focuses on Dynamic Flow Yoga, and seeks to provide a challenging and safe class environment for all levels. Practicing with awareness, patience and compassion, we train the heart, mind and body to be strong and flexible.
Adam Husler
Drawing from a variety of lives lived off the mat, Adam Husler brings a unique perspective to those who seek more from yoga than making pretty shapes. He offers creative, effective and clearly-sequenced teachings that focus on balancing flexibility and strength; physically and mentally. Adam specialises in a signature style of Alignment-Based Vinyasa - fuelled by a fascination with anatomy and a desire to ask ‘why?’ Adam believes that yoga is a personally subjective practice of self enquiry, where one thing is for certain: whether a long-time listener, first time caller, or anywhere in between... yoga offers us all plenty of options to challenge and reward.
Rose Firouzbakht
An architect come Yoga instructor, Rose will help you build a strong foundation and structure for your body and mind. Relaxing breathing exercises and meditation complete her strong practice.
Dominique Hughes
Dominique's passion for Yoga and Pilates combines the power of flexibility and strength. There is no doubt that her creative, upbeat and enthusiastic approach will leave you feeling strong and balanced.
Cassandra Conway
Cassie believes in the power of seamless movements and channels this into her Lagree classes. Her creativity and passion will leave you feeling accomplished and motivated.
Simi White
Simi has been involved in fitness and boxing her whole life. Delivering classes that pack and punch with personality and creativity, there's no doubt you'll sweat hard in her classes!
Rachel
PBB Trainer Rachel started her career as a ballet dancer after training at The Royal Ballet School and danced professionally across London. She has been teaching ballet and body conditioning to young dancers for many years. Rachel joined PBB in 2023 as she loves the PBB method and the incredible results it delivers. Rachel’s balletic expertise and technical knowledge gives each class a touch of grace!
Paola Di Lanzo
Paola is the creator of PBB the Method. Her passion for movement led her to study Pilates at the Pilates Institute in 2002. Fifteen years ago, she revolutionised the fitness industry in London by developing her unique PBB Method before the fitness explosion began. Paola wanted to create an edge and fun to the traditional ways of teaching Pilate, Barre and Yoga. Paola has shaped many well-known bodies and “derrière’s” in South West London-her method gets results!
Olivia
Olivia trained as a dancer for many years; working with companies along the way in workshops with the English national ballet and the New York City ballet. In 2023 Olivia joined PBB as she loved the different fusions that had a barre and Pilates emphasis. She felt it kept the spark and love for dance alive, whilst bringing the best of her knowledge from those principles to others; helping them become the strongest, healthiest version of themselves through movement!
Claudia Evans
Claudia danced professionally for 15 years travelling the word for tv, video and trade shows. Now teaching all things fitness, Claudia's aim is to make people feel fitter and stronger through movement.
Alex Lawson
Alex has over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry as a specialist in combat sports, wining multiple Boxing & Kickboxing British and World titles along the way. He’s also built his reputation as a tough task master, an innovative program designer as a specialist in HIIT & metabolic conditioning, SAQ’s and treadmill running circuits. Alex also created the Boxing circuit for Studio Fix.
John Shehan
With 30 years teaching experience you know you're in good hands. There is very little John has not achieved in the fitness industry, from presenting on a global stage, TV and Radio, managing high end clubs across London, to creating and designing some of the most iconic boutique Group Fitness clubs in the country.

A former professional dancer, Alexandra brings over a decade’s experience in the health and fitness industry. She is currently working for the NHS as a chartered physiotherapist at University College London Hospital. She is excited to be teaching Lagree for Studio Fix and bringing her passion to the Megaformer.
